Parents Destroy Son's Treasure Trove of Porno Mags

Should've just hidden them in the woods

Big Tasty

David Werking is a 42-year-old man who moved back into his parent’s house post-divorce in 2016. By 2020 the relationship has soured, and David has just won a lawsuit against his parents. He claims they threw away a treasure trove of sex toys and pornographic magazines. According to his calculations, the collection was worth $25,000.

It’s always odd hearing about people in these one-off articles. Without knowing anything about this man besides a single lawsuit, I have such a vivid image in my mind. One has to wonder what the family dynamic will be like after court. Will they still have family dinner together, or will the sight of their son send the parents into convulsions?

They kept some of his items in a lock-box, they thought these specific items were so disturbing that they might be illegal. They handed the items over to the police, who then decided the contents of the lock-box were indeed legal. I don’t even want to imagine what these parents saw. Also, how do you move out of your parents' house but then ask them to ship your porno collection, which is worth more than a car?

I’m sure this guy tries to play it off as if he’s a collector, but we all know that’s a pathetic charade. While in the span of half a decade he lost his parents and wife; at least he's sitting on 25k now. Time to see if he'll use this money to get back on his feet, or if he'll get back to collecting!
